The GetClipboardFormatName function retrieves from the clipboard the name of the specified registered format. The function copies the name to the specified buffer.
GetClipboardFormatName 함수는 등록된 포맷에서 구한다(?)
이 함수는 클립보드 길이를 구한다.
(포맷확인 용도도 됨)

int GetClipboardFormatName(
    UINT format,        // clipboard format to retrieve
    LPTSTR lpszFormatName,        // address of buffer for name
    int cchMaxCount         // length of name string in characters
   );
실수함수:  GetClipboardFormatName(
    실수: format,        // 클립보드 포맷을 구함(?)
    문자(포인터): lpszFormatName,        // 이름의 버퍼 포인터
    실수: cchMaxCount         // 이름 문자의 길이
   );

Parameters
매개변수

format

Specifies the type of format to be retrieved. This parameter must not specify any of the predefined clipboard formats.
구할 포맷타입을 결정. (이후해석불가)

lpszFormatName

Points to the buffer that is to receive the format name.
포맷 결과를 받을 버퍼를 가리킨다(포인터)

cchMaxCount

Specifies the maximum length, in characters, of the string to be copied to the buffer. If the name exceeds this limit, it is truncated.
최대길이를 지정한다. 이를 넘으면 가차없이 잘라버린다.

Return Values
반환 값

If the function succeeds, the return value is the length, in characters, of the string copied to the buffer.
성공시 반환결과는 길이이며, 문자 버퍼포인터에 포맷이 저장된다.
If the function fails, the return value is zero, indicating that the requested format does not exist or is predefined. To get extended error information, call GetLastError.
실패시 0을 반환, 요구한 포맷이 없거나 알 수 없을 때 그렇다.
자세한 에러는 역시 GetLastError이용
